BREAKING NEWS 12/6/2023: Protest Filed

Dear PFC Supporters:

First, we’d like to let you know that the Fort Collins City Clerk has found our citizen-driven Referendum petition to be sufficient and has issued a Statement of Sufficiency, meaning we collected a sufficient number of valid signatures in our petition effort! Congratulations and Thank You to all of our volunteers and supporters!

We are also hearing that a protest has just been filed against our petition drive. We don't know all the details yet, but we are fairly certain that the protest is biased AND meritless, and an attempt to thwart the people’s right to petition. There will be a hearing, but we don't know by whom, where, or when yet.

We are going to be seeking legal advice and representation right away, so we have started a GoFundMe campaign at  https://gofund.me/0dad0c80 - please contribute and please spread the word!
