PETITIONS RETURNED!

December 19, 2022: This afternoon at about 3:30, we returned 327 sections containing an estimated 7,154 signatures to the City Clerk. This is 169% of the required 4,229 validated signature threshold. This is an amazing achievement, and it is all thanks to our tireless volunteers who braved the cold, dark, windy conditions to gather signatures from the voters of Fort Collins. THANK YOU to all of the volunteers, and THANK YOU to the voters of Fort Collins!

The City Clerk has 5 business days to verify the signatures. We will keep you posted as the count progresses.
