UPDATE: Land Development Code 2.0 at the 10/3/2023 City Council Meeting

The Fort Collins City Council passed the Land Development Code 2.0 with a minor amendment on first reading. The vote was 5 to 2, and the breakdown was as follows:

  • YES to enact the new land development code:
    Mayor Jeni Arndt, Tricia Canonico (D3), Emily Francis (D6), Shirley Peel (D4), Julie Pignataro (D2)

  • NO (reject the new code):
    Susan Gutowski (D1), Kelly Ohlson (D5)

The second and final reading of the Land Development Code 2.0 will occur on 10/17/2023. Please stay tuned.
