During PFC’s citizen-initiated petition drive to overturn the ill-conceived Land Development Code 1.0 (City Council is planning a vote on the Land Development Code 2.0 on October 3rd), a group formed in Fort Collins calling themselves "YIMBYs". This ‘local’ group has always been clear that they are a part of and receive backing from “YIMBY Action", a national organization that has been exposed as Billionaire and Big Tech funded and faux-progressive. YIMBYs have swept through towns like Fort Collins promoting a pro-developer "Build, Baby Build" national agenda. But what does all this mean?
